How can I find out if an e-mail address is valid?

How do I find a yahoo group which does exist from a correct email address, Yahoo say it can not find it.?

  • I receive emails from a yahoo group, on the email are other groups with their address. I wish to contact one of these groups, how do I achieve this. I try puting this email address into Yahoo search, using, copy and paste. The reply I get back says, can not find, check spelling and try again. Can someone please help me? MARTY

    http://groups.yahoo.com/group/XXX Above is the format of the URL you'll put in your web browser. Where I have typed XXX, substitute the group name (only the group name, not "@yahoogroups.com"). Hope that helps!

You could write to [email protected] to reach the owner of the group. Groups that are set to recv mails from members only would bounce any mails sent to [email protected] (if you are not a member of that group).

try useing a play on names maybe the gruop has a name that is simuler to it or realted to it .
