Someone in a yahoo group is spamming me with email to join their group. How do I report them or make them stop

I joined a group and a month later I started getting emails everytime someone commented on a something. I deleted from the group and still I am getting emails on my non yahoo account. I have tried everything I can think of. Can anyone help me.

My online Yahoo group mails from others come to my outlook email - but my emails and my replies do not post to my outlook but they do post to the group inside Yahoo.

Every time the yahoo group i belong to emails out a group email, i receive it the following day between 9-10 am (eastern time). IS a real problem when the email is in response to something happening that day.
