    Depends what your trying to persuade someone to do?! I believe though that the best way is usually showing people honestly what something means to you and why you think they should be a part of it!.... If you lie you only turn out to be a bad person in their eyes when they feel as if you have betrayed them! =)

I'm suprised no one has answered this one yet! I would have liked to see what others said too! For me, the best way (personally) is to speak to someone directly and talk about the reasons behind what I'm saying - to persuade them..whether it is to persuade them to do something or do see your point of view. For work... to persuade someone to do something etc, I would say you'd need to be assertive and direct..
