Office administration what computer skills do I require in an estate agents work?

• Im rather mature, have worked in property for myself, all my life. I would like to work in an office now, as I really feel that younger people buying could do with sound advice from someone who has been there and done it rather than a young career minded person. I want to make a difference (by getting those plumbings done). I want all to get value for their hard earned cash. Im rather unfamiliar with the computer skills required, though I have covered administration in various courses. Would you advice to what I should be looking at or maybe required. Ive used spread sheets (practice would be helpful). I know to look on utube. If you would give any advice, I would be very grateful. I want to be able to give myself 100% not waste people time due to my uncertainty.
