Car speakers are making a weird noise NEED HELP?

So my car speakers are making this buzzing noise every time the bass hits. It kinda sounds like blowing air through closed lips.... It really on happens when I turn the volume up, but when I turn it down, the buzzing stops and I can hear the bass fine. But then it's too low lol. I don't have any subwoofers or amps.. Supposedly the person that owned the car before me replaced the stock speakers with Memphis speakers.. And he also added tweekers and an aftermarket head unit (Alpine). I have no clue why it's making this noise, I know I haven't blown a speaker. Or are they all blown? Bc this happens in all of the speakers. Please help I want to listen to my music!!!!!
