How to properly wire Blue wire for amps?
-
my turn on wire only seems to power my amp when the regular radio is playing. What i want to know is how can I set up the amp or wire so that I could have the amp on while listening to music while my ipod or phone is connected. Do i need to rewire or is there a connection problem

Answer:
If you have a aftermarket radio, you have it wired to the power antenna wire. You need to hook it up to the other blue wire. If you don't have that other blue wire or using the stock radio still. You can hook the remote to the switched 12+ going to the radio that makes the radio turn on and off with the key.
