How do I send an e-mail?

  • I send one and it didn't work. Maybe I did it wrong? What am I supposed to put in: To: CC: Subject: What do I put in those? Because I sent an e-mail to myself and it didn't work. If I need to send an e-mail to somebody, under which heading above do I put their e-mail adress?

  • Answer:

    Put their email address beside To: The subject beside subject, the message in the blank space then click send.

Ok, well it is pretty simple.... To: you write the person's email address who you are sending it to. ([email protected]) CC: i dont ever write anything here. Subject: just write what your email is about, in a shortened phrase. (the overall subject)

Write the email address after "To" "CC" is for sharing the email with another person. In other words, if you want John to get your email and Mary read it too. You write Mary's email address after "CC". Writing anything by the "Subject" in optional. It tells the receiver what the email is about, so, for example, if your email is about worksheets, you write "worksheet" by the "Subject". Then type your text and click "send".
