How to retrieve a mail i deleted accidentally in yahoo?

I got a mail from my friend and while explaining the funda behind mailing to my 4yr old cousin the mail got deleted from 'trash' in yahoo. So how do i retrieve that mail with the attachments now?Am really clueless what to do now. i need those attachments for an application he has asked me to send before monday...Help!!!!

Go to this site and download Recuva http://filehippo.com/download_recuva/ It's free and will recover lost or deleted files including emails. Yahoo has a retrieve mail as long as it is withinn 24 hrs you can give it a try with this link. http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/index.html good luck. Jes***

Dont worry .... once u delete a message it goes to 'TRASH' which u can find below 'Indbox', 'drafts'..... below them... Click on Trash.. u'll find de deleted messages... all de best
