Having trouble with yahoo mailbox. keeps saying refresh. how do i fix this problem. refresh doesnt work?

Every time i log into my yahoo mailbox [email protected] it ask me to try refreshing our reload. I cant retrieve mail or send mail. it comes up with that message everytime
