How do I refresh Yahoo?

I have alot of feeds in My Yahoo! page, but I need to click refresh the browser to get the latest feeds. Is there a way to set auto refresh for My Yahoo! page?

With the old my yahoo page you used to be able to change the refresh rate. Is there a feature like this with the new My Yahoo page? The new page does not seem to automatically refresh.

Rather than hitting my refresh button over and over again throughout the day, how can I set up yahoo to automatically update my email when someone emails me?
