How do you change the font size for your email permanatly?

How do I change email font size?

• Yahoo says go to OPTIONS - then General Preferences - then Composing Emails and locate button with A's on it. I can't find this button. Is there another way to change email font size? or can someone guide me through this? Thanks for any help!
