How do I add a contact category?

When a contact has multiple e-mail addresses how can I add all adresses to a category?

• When a contact has multiple e-mails listed as e-mail 1, e-mail 2 etc, I want to be able to add the contact to a distribution list and have e-mail go to all adresses for that individual. I haven't been able to do this without entering the contact in my adress book multiple times (once for each e-mail).

  I think that you will have to do it that way. Maybe at one time, much earlier in emailing, you wouldn't ned to but today we have to enter each person every time they have a separate email address. I use the "Nickname" function for that, or I add to the First Name a description(brief), Jim@home, Jim@work, and I have added the contact separately each time. Sorry, but once you've done it, and then in "Contacts" selected the BOX before each name you want in your address book, then under Smiley Face, select "add to category". Then yellow "Done" Now, whenever you wish to send that email to everyone in your distribution list (address book Category) you will be able to do so by merely "Select All" which places them in the "To" field, or "BCC" which places them in "Blind Carbon Copy" and only you will know who gets the email. In your case, BCC may not be necessary, since everyone knows everyone else, but I would use it anyway, since it is good manners and a matter of privacy. Good luck
