Is it possible to retrieve my old yahoo email address book?

Is there anyway to retrieve an entire contacts/address book? ?

I think I had an email virus. My entire contacts book received an email from my yahoo address (subject: "Hi friend") several times but I was not the actual sender of this particular email and now my address book is completely gone! Is there any way to track this email and find out where it originated, etc.? How can I retrieve my contacts/address book again? Desperately Seeking Answers!

I dont know if there is a way to track the email you refer to. You can try SYSTEM RESTORE and go back to a date when you know you had your contacts/address book. Start..all programs..accessories..system tools..system restore. You can also go to help.yahoo.com...helpcentral website...good luck
