I have no idea. Do you write to them sensibly and ask for an explanation? is someone complaining about you repetitively? I would move on to another forum by now I would be so ticked off. Your questions and answers are not objectionable at all. Yes, I checked to see before answering this. I tend to report bad stuff and there is nothing there to even remotely tickle my report finger! Go into FORUMS and post a letter about this. Best to have your facts straight just in case. But sometimes that gets results. Especially if another similar victim sees it. Give it a try! Good luck.
