How to get back Address book and Folders?

Someone hacked my email account, I have changed password but still haven't gotten my address book and folders back. The Polish started June 24th after 12midnight. Thank God so many people asked me or disgarded the email because they know I have been in Florida for three months caring for my son who was in severe auto accident. Please help as I need these folders and address book.
