How do I back up my Mail folders in Mail Plus?

I have added folders for storage on my Yahoo account. When I synchronize using my external POP mail server those storage folders don't appear. How can I add those folders so that I can access them with the external Mail handler?

I recently set-up mail plus so I can use outlook on my MAC. I'd like to move my custom folders to Outlook. Is there an easy way?
