How do I back up my Mail folders in Mail Plus?

All my folders and mail are gone, how can i get them back?

• I recently changed my password and when I logged on again, some of my YM ccontacts were missing and the formatting had changed and all my email and personal folders were gone. I changed my password cause I would always log onto one computer to send IM and receive them and I noticed that lately everytime I checked the computer I would use woudl be logged off of YM because I had logged in at another location when I hadn't logged on anywhere else so I thought i was being hijacked.

  Maybe somebody did get into your email account. But see if its in Trash Folder still.
