Why can't I open photos sent to me?

Can't open my photos sent from my phone to my email they wont download?

• When i try to open my photo attachments that i sent from my phone to my email account they won't download so i can save them to my computer file. How can i fix this solution or what can be the problem.

  I am having the same problem. Pictures I send from my phone to my email won't open. Further, I have tried to send them to a different (yahoo) email, tried accessing both through three different computers (a desktop and 2 laptops), and tried uploading pictures from my computer to both email addresses. I doesn't matter what I do, I cannot access any these attachments through yahoo email. I tried contacting Verizon (my cell carrier). I sent a picture to the reps email and she was able to view it, so the problem is with yahoo. If I get any additional info, I will pass it on. Update: I have found out that in 2009 and 2009 the same problem happened when yahoo was working on the site. Hundreds of users have not been able to open or send attachments for over 3 weeks. As soon as the work was done, the attachments all opened. Try accessing them at m.yahoo.com - it worked for me. You can notify help.yahoo.com/us/yahoo/mail/ but they already know.
