View hidden files....?
-
OK, a while back I saved a folder with 'hidden' pics on it. At the time, I had my folder options set to 'do not show hidden files or folders'. I saved it to a 3 1/2" floppy, and the folder is there and it shows the size of the file, so I know the pics are there, but when I open it I can't see anything. I have my folder options set to 'show hidden files and folders' now, but when these were saved from my old pc it was set as don not show. How can I view these pics?

Answer:
Try going to "folder options" directly from the folder and see if you can set the view there. Have you tried to drag the folder from the floppy to the computer first? Since the computer and the floppy have different file systems moving the hidden file folders may have messed up the directory. You can also investigate using DOS commands to view and move the hidden files. ₪ ʎəɿʞɹɐq ₪
