I am having trouble downloading or opening attachments from my Yahoo Mail.?

Why is this happening? How do I fix this? Please help.

It's caused by an add-on to your IE browser. One way to make sure it's an add-on is to open your IE Brower w/no add-ons. You can do this by going to "Accessories/System Tools/IE No Add-ons", than see if you can download an attachment. If you now can, you than need to go to your Yahoo homepage, click on "Tools", click on "Manage Add-ons", click on "Enable or Disable Add-ons" and than disable one at a time until you find the culprit. In my case, it was "Norton Confidential". When I disabled it, I no longer had any problems downloading attachments. Hope this solves your problem.
