Why the attachments of my yahoo mail cannot be opened?

and then I have a problem that any attachment on yahoo that is a power point scenes will not convert. I just don';t understand

There are 100s of individual "photos" in my email from jokes etc and the only option I seem to have is save to computor or save to or open in different window etc.
