Why can't I open my attachments?

Cant open pps attachments in my yahoo mail why?

even though i have downloaded power point viewer on to my desktop, i still can not open pps attachments on my yahoo mail, why is this so.............

Enter CANT OPEN PPS ATTACHMENTS in your web browser and you will bring up many sites that you might possibly find your answer. EHOW.COM is a good one. Since you have downloaded Power Point I would be guessing.
