Why won't attachments, that I send, open for the recipient?

I can't delete spam and i can open attachments or send email?

  The newest Yahoo mail version does not work well for all computers. If you use Internet Explorer 8 or 9, try updating Flash and Java first, possibly even the .Net framework.
