How to send attachment by swift in php?

When i send my friend an attachment she gets the message but not the attachment,Why?

• Can anyone help with this? When i send my friend a message and attach photo or a file,she gets the message but not the attachment.She tells me that she gets other downloads from other persons but not mine.What am i doing wrong? When i download the attachment it shows that it downloaded the attachment ok and when i send the message it shows that it was sent.I have tried to get help thru yahoo central but unable to get a logic reason for this.

  It sounds to me like the problem is on your friends computer, not yours, I am guessing she uses outlook express, have her go to tools/ options and click the security tab, check less secure. and un checked do not allow attachments to be opened or saved.... Then in the downloaded image box that needs to be unchecked. click apply then ok.
