How do I add an attachment?

How can i add photoes and gif photoes to mail without any attachment i.e inthe main box below the subject ?

  You didn't say what software you're using to send e-mail. Most of the e-mail clients have an "Insert Image" or "Insert Picture" command in a menu. That will allow you to insert an image into the body of an e-mail rather than having to attach it.
