I reported a contact as spam in error. Is there a way to remove that block/report in Messenger (NOT chat)?

I am not asking how to unblock someone in a chat room. Rather, I'm asking how to "unreport" someone as spam (if possible).

Mark their email as not spam, unblock their address if it is.
