Where did Regular Yahoo go?

Why do Yahoo emails to my wife go into her Bulk Mailbox instead of her regular Yahoo Inbox?

  • When I send an email to my wife, we both have Yahoo accounts, my email goes into her Bulk mailbox instead of her regular Inbox, and she is not very good at checking her Bulk mailbox. So I want to know what to do to her email system to get it to accept my email in her regular Inbox. Please and Thank You.

    First and foremost----Put your address in her address book. That notifies Yahoo, it's a good email. Go to the bulk folder---find one of your emails---open it--click the "Not spam" tab, and it will be returned to her inbox.
