How do i stop advertisements coming to my email?

spam is pushed into bulk mail boxes which does not account for your mail box size.you can delete in a single stroke or page by page by seeing the headings. your server filters spam. But if you are using out look express for your mail then you can block the sender from your tools menu.

Don't open anything in your bulk box. Just delete everything. You probably can't stop it.

Then find a free down load of Spybot Destroyer on Microsoft Web Site be carefull as this will also pick up download files. Get AVG Free, get Windows Defender free for stat and build up a real defence system. then spybots and virus trogens and all are better taken care of. Set up dates to auto and scans to after startup. You will have to up date right away so that any baddies are caught. Then when Spybot Destroyer shows you this file mark it and it's gone. You can just touch your bulk station and it should show you the file name if you do not recognize it then delete it. Go to Start-search-files&folders-type>cookies-… to see if there are any adware or adver. cookies delete this should solve the problem. Sometime they hide in your MY DOCUM>or your server Company is sending you an ad.
