How do I stop someone from hijacking my email account?

I have an email account through Geocities.com that refers mail sent to [anyname]@[mywebname].com to my Yahoo email account. I have started getting "undeliverable email" messages that show a message coming from [randomletters]@[mywebname].com, as though someone has hijacked my email address to send spam. How do I stop this?
