I have never seen this msg before... I'm not sure I would trust it. Did you get this in an email or when you try to log into an account? They seem to be asking for too much information...

It's a phishing email. Delete it and never give anyone your password or personal information. (Think about it: why does Yahoo need your date of birth or occupation?) The fact that it was sent to your Spam folder is another huge red flag; official emails from Yahoo never end up there.

Delete it and report it to yahoo. Yahoo will NEVER ask you for your password, ever. Someone is trying to scam you and steal your identity and get all of your personal info. Do not reply with any information. What email address was it from? Report that too.
I'd contact Yahoo at assistance to see if it's real.
