How do I transfer all my mail.com (email.com) contacts to my Yahoo mail account.?

Yahoo has a list of about 10-12 other services (AOL, Hotmail, etc.) that it can convert contacts from. Mail.com or email.com isn't listed. I'm guessing I need to do a *.csv export and import, but will that even work? Is there a simpler way? Thanks!

the csv file will most likely work but it depends oon the format of the addresses in mail.com good luck
