Where do i find my incoming and out going server information?

How do you find out pop server information?

I have yahoo email but we are not able to access it at work but I do have one that I can access at work and it has the option to retrieve messages from other email accounts but it is asking for information that I don't know how to find out...can anyone help me???? It is asking for: POP Server Hostname: POP Server Port: POP Account Username: POP Account Password:
