Why does Yahoo not reply to my emails?

  • I have recently upgraded from free Yahoo mail to Premium and paid $19.99, and as soon as I did that, my incoming email stopped coming. I've written to Yahoo and asked them to reply to me at another email because I am not receiving mail at yahoo, but they never replied or taken care of my problem. So, since they wont answer my emails or fix my problem, this is the only place for me to post my problem in hopes some Yahoo flunky sees my problem and decides to help me with it. Shame on Yahoo for taking my money and then turning off my mail without bothering to even explore my complaints about their new features not working.

    For account security reasons I highly doubt Yahoo would ever deal with EmailAccountA by contacting EmailAccountB (unless that second account has been designated a "recovery" email previously). You dont get phone support if you pay for Premium? Sounds like you need to deny those charges and find a different company to deal with (Google, MSN, etc)

They've got different email addresses(I'm sure you know this) make sure you send it to customer services or go back to your previous version as somebody suggested.

NEW YAHOO! MAIL IS STILL UNSTABLE....IT WOULD BE BEST TO GO BACK TO YOUR PREVIOUS VERSION OF YAHOO! MAIL... To go back to YAHOO! MAIL CLASSIC... Turn off Javascript - you'll then be asked if you want to return to Mail Classic, click "yes". If you don't know how to turn off Javascript... For SAFARI: Open SETTINGS>click PREFERENCES>>click SECURITY>>Uncheck ENABLE JAVA and ENABLE JAVASCRIPT IMPORTANT:Remember to RE-ENABLE JAVA and JAVASCRIPTING back ON when you are back in Mail Classic because without it some mail functions won't work. For IE: Open TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS >> SECURITY. In security click "CUSTOM LEVEL" -> disable active scripting in the scripting section. IMPORTANT:Remember to turn JAVASCRIPTING back ON when you are back in Mail Classic because without it some mail functions won't work. For FIREFOX: Open TOOLS -> OPTIONS -> CONTENT, click on "DISABLE JAVASCRIPT". Now hit F5 to refresh the page while you are in Yahoo! email in order to switch back... In the options, click (PERMANENT) to switch back to YAHOO! Classic. DO NOT click the "ONE TIME ONLY" option. IMPORTANT: Turn JAVASCRIPT back ON once you have your "CLASSIC" account back.
