How to fix yahoo messanger?

I am using Yahoo Mail with Messanger. The Chat keeps loading and I am unable to use it. How do I fix this?

I am using the latest yahoo mail...when I sing into yahoo mail the chat automatically tries to load with no success for as long as I am checking my mail.... I have tried to cancel and sign back in as well as all the other options...busy, invisible. I've tried messing with all the options. Can anyone help me figure this out.

yuppps, when you sign in to your mail and you see that the chat applet is trying to load, YOU have to wait til that chat applet will load completely BEFORE checking your mails. coz if you don't wait the chat applet to be displayed and you are checking your mails, it will bar/disturb the connection. hence, you will only see loading but it's not.
