Uh...what the hell is going on with my email?
-
Ok, so...first of all (this isn't that weird/bad...but still) I get a lot of spam mail from some email address about 1.) Duplicate rolex watches 2.) Viagra and Cialis from Canadian pharmacies.... second, (this is the important part) apparently *I* have sent a couple emails to people....I only have 2 people in my contacts...a female friend of mine, and Blizzard customer support (I sent them one email and added them to my contacts, then I found out they no longer do email customer support, but I never bothered to remove them...just because) anyways...my friend sent me an email (apparently she was REPLYING to an email I had supposedly sent her)...she wanted to know if I was trying to send her a virus...apparently I had linked her to some website....I don't know... then...the other day...I got an automated response from Blizzard ("we don't do email support anymore") so I checked my sent mail....and this is what I had supposedly sent: " Dear Madam, http://planasbas.net/image/bdfedx.php?sollistid=18 Sun, 18 Dec 2011 5:05:39 _____________________ "Yes, I can, said Caleb; I can get some birch bark." (c) STACY wov98e7 " (by the way....I highly advise against clicking on that link...since you know....it's kind of sketchy...) I googled that website I found this site: http://www.webutation.net/go/review/planasbas.net# Someone wrote a review about it, saying that AVG marked it as a "Pharmacy exploit site" (This is why I mentioned the spam earlier...normally spam is expected, but when you're getting spam emails from a canadian pharmacy...and then you're apparently sending people emails advertising this canadain pharmacy....I don't know...kinda sketchy....) Also, this is my Yahoo! email that I'm referring to...I was talking to one of my friends today about the spam mail that I'm getting and she said that on HER email...*she* has apparently been sending her teachers emails about viagra and brazil...She also uses Yahoo!... Please note, I have never entered my email into any sketchy sites...I have never clicked on any links that I've gotten from this spam mail (I have never even OPENED this spam mail...I just see in my spam folder "Viagra and cialis! 80% off in Canadian pharmacies!" and I just click "delete"...I'm really safe with my email and stuff...) so...anyone else having this problem with Yahoo! ? can anyone give me any advice? anything?

Answer:
Your account got compromised. First change your password. Account help.http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/acct/in%E2%80%A6 for just about anything to do with your account. Then run anti Virus and Anti Spyware. Should be fine then.
