How can I find the incoming server address for my Yahoo Email?

This email wasn't really from yahoo, was it?

It's not from yahoo. If you send them your information they will use your account to send out viruses and spam. My AOL account was hijacked that way because of my brother and they sent out porn. AOL cancelled my account until I contacted them and proved that it wasn't me that sent the messages
