How to really use yahoo sms mobile?

i have one query.......while doing the sms from yahoo we have to write only mobile number or we have too write code also...as per i think code shuld be use with mobile number.......so is there any one who could tell me that while smsing in india what...

I use Yahoo Text Messaging(SMS) all the times and the person I text has T mobile and I don't want them to pay more money to txt me...so i want to know if this charges T Mobile
