Costume ideas for a circus/carnival themed party?

  Clown costume, beard lady costume, acrobats. For the beard lady costume all you need is a fake beard, and a regular outfit. T dress up as a clown, buy some face paint and make a nice design; for the outfit, buy a pair of large pants, borrow a pair of your dad's old shoes (or wear your own sneakers), and decorate an old t-shirt and jeans with polka dots using glitter glue or the kind of paint that looks nice on clothing. For the acrobat, buy a colorful leotard and some fancy stockings, decorate the sleeves with feathers and glitter and put make-up on your face. Good luck!
