My employer refuse to pay for my holiday?

Refuse to pay me holiday pay in Western Australia Perth?

• I was studying in Perth WA and was working part-time in a food restaurant. i have worked there for 18 months and i realize that im entitled 6 weeks of holiday pay. however my employer refused to pay me my holiday pay and now i have finished my study and left australia and still my employer did not want to pay me my holiday pay. what can i do to claim my monies back?

  If you were employed as a casual worker, you are not entitled to holiday pay as casual workers are paid a higher hourly rate to compensate for loss of that type of benefit.
