The ones that have a, ah I dont know how to say in English! In Polish is szitko, but I'm not sure how to translate to english! It's kind of hard to explain! You'd have to see what one looks like! But if you're not a hundred perrcent sure, I wouldnt risk it! But that's how I was thought to identify them!

Most mushrooms and other fungi are poisonous. However, there is an extremely large number of fungi out there, so a surprising number are non-toxic. To be on the safe side, purchase commercially grown ones unless you are absolutely positive with your identification. Alternatively, there are illustrated books on the subject available, but don't rely on any book that is not written for the local area.
