Online stores that sell computer parts?

stores like walmart,target,best buy also the computer parts im looking for are just exhaust fan or regular computer fan and cpu fan or w/e the thing is computer is overheating im looking to replace thoughs things

i need stores in Berkeley that might sell an external hard drive case at low prices because my mom(i don't have a credit card) won't give anyone her credit card # so no on line deals.
