Is Saturday a business day for PayPal?

I mean when shipping a package. If it says (number) business days, would Saturday be considered one? I always used to think business days were Monday-Saturday, because that's when the mail came (mail comes on Saturdays) but recently I've seen people...

i know i worded the question weird but, my charges $5 interest every business day after 7 days of missed payments. So would friday to saturday be considered a business day?
