How much can Nokia N900 cost?

I want to buy a phone soon and i had the N900 in mind but i realized that voip uses the internet and i wondered whether it would cost to use it.

I want to get a touch screan Nokia in low cost. So don't wanna go for Nokia C6 or higher. So tell me if there is any better touch mobile in nokia under cost of Nokia C5.

i havent heard about nokia n900 at all...but when i checked the images of n900..it looked so nice to me i mean it isnt that bad... but still why do nokia n900 is not a popular mobile? are there any reasons?
