How do you link paypal and amazon together?

I've seen on amazon the ability for someone to have their product listed on Amazon, so when they search for something it turns up, but there is no option to actually Add to Cart or buy, instead it says "selling through external site" or something...

Like the theory that seeds are better than free food because they teach people how to feed themselves?
