my family and I bought the premium channels...hbo, showtime, encore, cinemax, etc. basically everything between channels 500-559. there's a few movie channels after it that are blocked out, channels I've never heard of before (HDNM, MGMHD, SONYHD, UHD, etc.). How do I get these, because some of them have some really great movies I haven't seen in a while...I would think getting all the premium movie channels I would get those too.
