I have a canon 5d mark ii, and ive been doing some automotive photography in the past couple of months and i decided i wanted to start trying videos, i realize the 5d mark ii is an excellent camera for pictures and videos, but i just have never taken...

Ok so I've Always watched YouTube videos and some times there sped up or , u can skip parts of it I'm just really curious how people do this , can anyone help me jut a little ?
