How do you do a narrow search on Myspace?

Now i'm not aloud to have a myspace, but one of my friends made me one. So she downloaded this myspace IM and now when i search something it searches from myspace. How can i change that? i don't even use myspace, and i need to change it Please help!!

I deactivated my Facebook and Myspace accounts. When I Google search my name the URL still shows up in the search results. How long until that disappears? (I'll assume the Myspace one will take longer because they suck so bad)
