How do I get the ringtone on my phone?

How do I get a ringtone from my computer to my Nokia 6350 phone? I found a ringtone I liked and downloaded it to my computer machine. I need to know how to get it from my machine to my cell phone. I don't have internet access on my phone.

i have a Motorolla RAZR phone, and whenever i send a mosquiton ringtone to it, it's silent, but i know for a fact that it can work. Can you please give me a site that i can buy a mosquito ringtone from, wher they send it directly to my phone? Thanks

How do i get music from my micro sd card to a ringtone on my LG Remarq phone? I tried to go to music then selecting a song, but Set As is not an option like on my old LG phone
