How can I change my Yahoo preferences?

Yahoo Answers say that in my Yahoo mail under the Options menu there should be a General Preferences option to enable me to correct a mistake in the sender name; I can't find it anywhere. What do I do now?

The settings option has been changed to only allow number of locations, F or C degrees, and type of display. No option to change locations.
