Clothes for tall, skinny guy?

Well As I said I am skiny and tall and have a brown complexion and black hair. I always like to wear the clothes that are in vouge. But clothers just never look good on me. So what clothes should I buy. What I mean is what color what style and stuff...

Its hard being tall and finding inexpensive clothes that are good quality.
